bfz – Counselling, Training and Integration

For many years, bfz gGmbH has been successfully supporting employees, jobseekers and businesses through its counselling, training and integration services. The aim is to provide long-term support to help people enter the primary labour market and to create suitable career prospects.

With 19 locations and over 150 branch offices, bfz has a comprehensive presence across Bavaria. Through close cooperation with companies, institutions and associations, the regional labour market situation is taken into account in a targeted manner. At the same time, bfz is part of the business network of the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft e. V. (bbw). This enables practical and individually tailored solutions to be offered quickly and flexibly.

The bfz brings people and businesses together, thereby supporting sustainable integration into employment.

Eligibility criteria

• You are eligible to participate if you are receiving benefits from the Jobcentre or the Employment Agency.
• The programme is funded via an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS).
• Certificate number: 2022M100761-10001
• Language level: Courses ranging from Alpha to B1/B2 are available.
