Consultancy/Coaching Services – FreiRaum: Creative workshops for single parents
Would you like to get creative, meet new people and share experiences with other single parents? Then these workshops are just the thing for you.
You can take part in regular creative sessions together with your child. These sessions focus on topics that many single parents deal with in their everyday lives – for example, care work, personal goals, challenges or coping with stress.
Using various creative techniques such as painting, collage or sculpture, you can express your thoughts and experiences artistically. The resulting works will be presented in a joint exhibition at the end of the programme.
As well as creative activities, the programme primarily offers a space for discussion, socialising and networking. Here, you can make new friends, share experiences and find mutual support.
Participation is free of charge and childcare is provided to make it as easy as possible for you to take part.
Dates and registration
The workshops take place twice a month at two different venues. You can attend regularly or just drop in on individual sessions.
Registration is straightforward via WhatsApp or email through the relevant family support centres.
