A solution emerged through collaboration with WBS TRAINING. This training provider supports people through targeted further training programmes, helping them to develop new career prospects and gain qualifications for in-demand roles.
This enabled the firm to find a suitable candidate – a successful example of how further training providers and businesses can work together to forge new paths in tackling the skills shortage.
