News Family & Work Women’s café to promote intercultural exchange

bfz gGmbH warmly invites women, both with and without a migrant background, to the Women’s Café. As part of the ‘Real Life in Bavaria’ project, this is a chance for you to meet other women in a relaxed atmosphere to chat, share experiences and discover new perspectives. Topics include empowerment, integration into the workplace, leisure and health.

A place for meeting and exchanging ideas

These regular meetings are aimed primarily at women from Augsburg and the surrounding area, particularly those from migrant backgrounds. The focus is on intercultural exchange: you’ll get to know other women, make new friends and have the chance to share your own experiences. German is the main language spoken, so you’ll strengthen and develop your language skills as you go along.

Your topics, your space

The topics are tailored to you and your interests. Whether it’s family and parenting, everyday life, leisure, integration or professional development – you decide what’s important and what you’d like to talk about.

Native German speakers are also very welcome to join in the discussions, support other women and work together to improve their German language skills in everyday life.

The Women’s Café is free of charge and open to all participants.
