Almost one in four people in Augsburg is a member of a sports or shooting club. It goes without saying that with FCA, AEV and Kanu Schwaben, there are some real highlights on offer – it even feels a bit like the Olympics! But recreational sport is booming too: whether it’s American football, yoga or table tennis – the clubs in Augsburg are getting people active. And the best bit? As well as team spirit and fair play, you often make new friends for free.
