bfz gGmbH warmly invites women, both with and without a migrant background, to the Women\u2019s Caf\u00e9. As part of the \u2018Real Life in Bavaria\u2019 project, this is a chance for you to meet other women in a relaxed atmosphere to chat, share experiences and discover new perspectives. Topics include empowerment, integration into the workplace, leisure and health.<\/p>

A place for meeting and exchanging ideas<\/h3>

These regular meetings are aimed primarily at women from Augsburg and the surrounding area, particularly those from migrant backgrounds. The focus is on intercultural exchange: you\u2019ll get to know other women, make new friends and have the chance to share your own experiences. German is the main language spoken, so you\u2019ll strengthen and develop your language skills as you go along.<\/p>

Your topics, your space<\/h3>

The topics are tailored to you and your interests. Whether it\u2019s family and parenting, everyday life, leisure, integration or professional development \u2013 you decide what\u2019s important and what you\u2019d like to talk about.<\/p>

Native German speakers are also very welcome to join in the discussions, support other women and work together to improve their German language skills in everyday life.<\/p>
