Since the event first took place in 2017, Augsburg gründet! has become much more than just a start-up day. It is a networking event and competition in one:
- Idea Slam & Audience Award: You can present your idea, convince the audience, and win – with prize money and regional attention. In 2024, the participant schedule was clearly defined: applications in September, finals in November. Background factors such as founder status, company headquarters, and registration played a role.
- A stage for founders: At the event, you can present yourself to investors, partners and the media. That is precisely what the initiative aims to do: raise the profile of founders and promote innovative ideas.
